These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your use of our website and the purchase of our products and services. By completing a transaction, making a payment, or accepting a quote, you agree to these Terms.

1. Payment Terms & Transaction Currency

• Currency: All transactions and prices are processed in US Dollars (USD).

• Invoices & Payment: Invoices issued following quote acceptance are due upon receipt. We accept payment by check or ACH transfer (arranged upon request). Please note that ACH payments take 3–5 business days to clear.

• Advance & Custom Orders: Book printing, custom fulfillment, and design project stages commence only after funds have settled. Advance deposits or partial payments for services are non-refundable once work has commenced.

2. Services, Web Design & Scope Revisions

• Quote Acceptance: Services begin upon written or digital acceptance of a provided quote or proposal.

• Website Design Revisions & Scope: Web design projects include the specific number of revision rounds outlined in your initial project scope or quote. Any request for additional features, structural layout changes, or work exceeding the original scope will be billed separately at our standard hourly rate or under an updated quote.

• Service Cancellations: You may cancel a web design or consulting project at any time prior to final project delivery by providing written notice. Upon cancellation, you will be invoiced for all work completed up to the cancellation date, and any initial non-refundable deposit will be retained to cover setup and planning costs.

3. Product Order Specifications & Fulfillment

• Book Specifications: All collection titles are available in paperback format for bulk orders (8.5" × 8.5", perfect bound with a glossy cover finish). Hardcover custom orders are available by request.

• Packaging & Shipping: Books are packaged to maximize shipping efficiency, so titles may be consolidated into cartons depending on your total quantities. Please notify us if you require special shipping or delivery accommodations.

• Fulfillment Timeline: Because all bulk orders are custom printed on demand, turnaround typically takes up to 3 weeks after payment clears. Tracking information will be shared as soon as dispatch begins.

4. Refunds & Returns

• Custom & Bulk Orders: All custom printed on-demand sales are final and nonrefundable once processing begins.

• Returns & Replacements: Non-custom physical products may be returned for a replacement within 14 days of delivery if unused and in original packaging. Defective, damaged, or misprinted items will be replaced at no additional cost upon prompt notice.

5. Privacy & Data Protection We collect and store customer details (including name, contact info, and billing records) solely to process orders, fulfill services, and maintain account records. We do not sell or lease your personal data to third parties.

6. Legal, Age & Industry Restrictions

• Age Requirement: You must be at least 18 years of age (or the legal age of majority) to place orders on this site.

• Restricted Goods/Services: You certify that you meet all legal qualifications and licensing requirements for any regulated products or services ordered.

7. Export Controls & Compliance Purchases are subject to applicable export controls, sanctions, and licensing regulations. You agree not to export, re-export, or transfer any products, services, or technical data from this site to any country, entity, or individual prohibited by applicable laws.
